Prophet Muhammad cared for and loved children

Prophet Muhammad paid attention to children. He used to greet them and play with them. One time Prophet  Muhammad saw a little boy who was sad because his little bird died. Although Prophet Muhammad was heading elsewhere, he spent some time with the little boy to please him and relieve his sadness.
